MY MENTOR AFRICA REFUND POLICY

Subscription Plan Refunds:

My Mentor Africa’s subscription plans do not offer a money-back guarantee, and refunds or partial refunds are not available unless required by applicable law.

Reviewing Your Subscription Information and Billing Status:

You can easily review your current subscriptions, the next payment date, and the total charge on the Subscriptions page. It also provides details about the payment method that will be charged and access to your Payment History.

Updating Your Payment Method:

If you need to update the payment method for your subscription, simply click on “Update” in the Payment Method section. Enter the relevant information and click “Save” to apply the changes.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

If you decide that the subscription is not suitable for your learning needs, you have the freedom to cancel your enrollment at any time. To cancel your subscription, click on “Cancel Subscription.” If you have any questions or need assistance before canceling, please contact us at support@mymentorafrica.com.

Access to Subscription Content After Cancellation:

Upon canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is specified on your Subscription profile. After the final date of the billing period, your access to the subscription content will be discontinued unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Processing of Refunds:

In the event that a refund is applicable based on applicable law, My Mentor Africa will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be granted if required by applicable law. My Mentor Africa reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the nature of the subscription, usage of the subscription content, and the timing of the refund request may be considered in the assessment process.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

My Mentor Africa reserves the right to modify or update the Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. We encourage you to review the Refund Policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications.
